The weather this week has been perfect for sitting out and painting the sea. I also found that you can’t do an iPad painting with only 4% of battery left!

With such a lot going on this week it’s been a relief just to have the discipline of making my iPad paintings.

I’ve been really busy getting my show together, so haven’t been posting my daily iPad paintings regularly. Here are the last of February’s and the first lot of March’s.

There have been some nice gentle seas this week with lots of subtle tones of grey.

I’ve seen numerous Facebook posts from artists saying that they’ve been set a challenge to post 3 images a day for 5 days. I’m 25 days into my second year of daily iPad paintings.

Here’s a 3 minute slide show of my 2014 daily iPad paintings.

And if you’ve got nothing better to do, follow this link to see the same video over 30 minutes

That way you have some time to see the paintings.
Alternatively you can just look at the A Painting A Day page on my website

For the most part it’s been mild for the last 10 days, but you can really see the colours becoming more and more muted as the year moves on. Can’t believe I’m only 30 paintings from finishing my New Years Resolution!
