My daily paintings, and a new portrait #APAD
As well as my daily iPad paintings, this post includes a portrait I made of one of my relatives, Peter Boxwell.
Limiting my palette.
I’ve been so busy for the last fortnight that I haven’t got around to uploading my paintings a day. Recently I have been experimenting with an extremely limited palette. This is with a view to making some images to be used on vitreous enamel signs to be used around St Leonards on Sea. Watch this space.
It’s not too late to donate #raceforlife #APAD
Nicky did the 5km Race for Life today, but it’s not too late to donate. Just click here to got to her donation page.
(That’s not Nicky running. I was trying to do the winner of the 5k, but only got a split second to capture her).
Lots of misty seas this week #APAD
I’ve been loving the weather this week. Plenty of opportunity to perfect subtle colour variations of sky and sea. Then lightning fast sketches at Beatles Day 15 at the weekend.
A busy week
I’m still busy with the studio move, so have been a bit slow uploading the images this week.
He’s got the lot
This is Nicky’s dad.
