We’ve been up to Scarborough, North Yorkshire this week. Although the trains are still not running properly, we were lucky with the weather.

I bought an iPad Air in Duty Free on the way to Marrakech. I managed to make quite a few digital paintings in the 4 days we were there.

It’s been a while since my last post as I’ve been in Marrakech. It’s all change with the rules now. Sea couldn’t play a part in my Moroccan paintings!

Bit late posting this week’s paintings. As you can see there’s been some mission slippage with Wednesday’s painting happening in a café, where it turned out I couldn’t actually see the sea. Next week I’m in Marrakech, so I doubt the paintings I make there will have all that much sea in them either.

In advance of our major 2015 show, 4 On The Shore Artists Danny Mooney, Alison Purdy and Donna Fleming Hall offer a preview of their work throughout 2014.
I’m showing from 1st January 2014 – 16th April 2014
EAT @ The Stade, Rock-A-Nore Rd, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 3

Although not as bad as last night, the weather was still fairly grim when I visited The De La Warr Pavillion Café this morning. I made this painting on my Kindle Fire HD whilst having a coffee.
